A traditional Irish Cottage Bungalow, situated in the picturesque Sperrin Mountain Range, this cosy & comfortable home is surrounded with greenery and working farms. 45 mins from the International airport and within driving distance of Derry City and Belfast. The location is steeped in Irish History and nearby Loughs, the scenic North Coast are on the door step. Golfing, hill walking, and multi tourist trails are all within close proximity

The space

This family home is surrounded by lush farm land and stunning views of the famous Sperrin Mountains. You will be just a short walk to the local town of Draperstown, a traditional Market Town. Local amenities include shops, pubs and eateries. Take time to enjoy the surrounding, take a drive to the North Coast, The Giants Causeway, or even the Bush Mills Distillery.

A great road network will take you to the Historic Walled City of Derry or take a drive to the City of Belfast for shopping or historic tours.
Golfing and Fishing are also an option so there is always plenty to be doing.

If you have time you can visit one of the friendly farm neighbours, with cattle & sheep, or visit the traditional farmers livestock market that runs weekly in the town. The Sperrin Heritage Farm is also close by and again a must see !
